5. Marketplace Listings

Members are responsible for ensuring that:

- Uploaded photos accurately represent the listed pet.
- Listings comply with applicable animal welfare laws.
- Listings do not contain false, misleading, or prohibited content.
PetHub provides an online platform that connects pet owners, buyers, sellers, and adopters. Any communication, agreements, payments, meetups, or transactions between users are solely the responsibility of the users involved.
6. Animal Welfare Commitment
PetHub is built on the belief that pets are living companions who deserve love and proper care at all times, whether they are being rehomed or are currently in your care.
Every member must agree to:
- Responsible Ownership: Provide food, shelter, and proper medical care for your pet.
- Long-Term Care: Recognize that pet ownership is a lifelong commitment.
- Safe Educational Content: Share only responsible and accurate pet care information.
- No Neglect: Animal abuse or neglect is strictly prohibited.
PetHub may share educational reminders and responsible pet ownership tips.
7. Lost and Found Reporting
Members may submit reports for lost or found cats and dogs.
All reports must:
- Contain truthful and accurate information.
- Include appropriate descriptions and photographs whenever available.
- Not contain false or misleading information.
PetHub helps facilitate community reporting but does not guarantee the recovery of lost pets.
8. Community Guidelines
Members must not:
- Harass, threaten, bully, or discriminate against other users.
- Post offensive, abusive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
- Engage in scams, fraudulent activities, or spam.
- Promote or participate in animal abuse or cruelty.
- Sell or advertise animals prohibited by law.
- Upload false or misleading information.
PetHub reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
9. Member Content
Members retain ownership of the content they upload. By submitting content to PetHub, you grant the platform permission to display, store, and process that content for operating and improving the website.
10. Privacy
PetHub collects personal information necessary to provide its services, including registration, messaging, notifications, marketplace listings, and lost and found reporting.
